If you are passionate about communication and technology-powered transformation, this is for you! Devoteam is looking for an Internal Communication intern to join the Group Talent & Learning team. 

Description du poste

1/ Content creation : 

• Editorial content: articles, posts, briefs, scripts, slides...
• Powerpoints: reviewing and refining powerpoints
• Video editing: help with shooting and editing internal videos

2/ Community management :

• Preparing content and posting on group-wide platforms
• Collecting best practices and supporting in preparing guidelines

3/ Internal Event support :

• Support the organisation of recurring group and corporate (headquarter events) internal virtual and physical events

4/ Help manage Intranet pages :

• Support in maintaining a group editorial calendar for group-wide news and campaigns, as well as the coordination of posts/content with external communications and local internal communications networks. 
• Updating content on group Intranet (G Suite platform)

5/ Reporting :

• Monthly follow-up on outputs, engagement/participation, and impact for Devoteam’s internal communication channels and initiatives. 

Qualifications

You are a reliable team player, passionate about technology and what it can do for mankind, and have already tested your wings in similar trainee positions. 

Must-haves: 

• In your Master’s studies (Communication, Business School or university). 
• Native/Bilingual English proficiency is required (written and spoken).
• Good understanding of social media networks and community management. 

Bonus:

• Command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) 
• Other language skills and experience living abroad (outside France)

Start date: February 2024.
