The Recruitment and Learning IS team of Devoteam Group is looking for its new Business Analyst Learning and Recruitment IS to join the IT department.

Smartrecruiters, Udemy and Beedeez are in 20 countries for more than 80 entities, Workday LMS will be deployed for the group in the next 2 years.  

As a Business Analyst Learning and Recruitment IS, your role will be to 

Facilitate and manage Adoption Group Learning Tools

• Create Learning and Communication assets. Define the change management plan

• Create Learning Center for Group Learning Tools keep it uptodate, create training capsule

• Stay tune with new features for our learning platform and translate interesting news to Devoteam users

Manage relations with the software publishers for all incidents & Request

• Develop a privileged relationship with our contacts at our Learning platforms partner

Manage Run and challenge current Process ITSM

• Answer Support Tickets Level 2 and 3

• Find way to reduce the number of tickets by creating  knowledge article or process explanation for Level 1 support

Support certifications portfolio management

• Manage the portfolio of certifications with our key internal Devoteam contacts, who champion the various technologies in our service offerings.
