Description de la mission
- The Financing & Treasury Analyst will report directly to the Head of Group Financing & Treasury.
- The Financing & Treasury Analyst will participate to the Group financing activity :
o Existing financings life : drawdowns, selection of interests period, margin adjustments…
o Produce compliance certificates and maintain the relationship with financing agents
o Maintain the Group Debt reporting and ensure communication with Accounting teams
o ESG Financing : ESG Financing KPIs follow-up and related certificates distribution, ensure ESG Financing framework engagements are met
o Participate to new financing projects and to the implementation of a Debt management tool
- He/She will also participate to enhance Cash management and cash visibility at Group Level, liaising with central FP&A teams and Region/Business Line CFOs and Treasurers :
o Implement a Treasury Forecast process (short term and long term) leveraging as much as possible the Treasury Management System (Diapason)
o Check Actuals vs. Forecasts and provide qualitative analysis, leveraging Diapason
o Reconciliation with Consolidation and Controlling
o Daily Cash position of the Group
o Collaborate with the International Treasurer to identify potential sources of cash upstream opportunities
o Participate to the integration of acquired entities, notably into the Cash forecasting processes of the Group
Description du profil recherché
- Master’s degree in finance (equivalent Bac+5 in France)
- Professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar role or in a Corporate Treasury of a multinational, or in an Audit/Consulting firm around Treasury matters
- Full proficiency in English and French languages (oral/written)
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent organization, administration and interpersonal skills
- Proactive outlook: hands-on can do mentality, flexible
- Proficiency in MS Office suite notably Excel ; experience with Diapason and/or Tagetik a plus.
